Please see below our house rules aimed at making DCL apartments conducive for all. I. All our apartments are non-smoking and therefore smoking in any of the apartments is prohibited. The penalty for offenders is a = N=I00,000.00 fine and instant eviction. 2. Cleaning of apartment shall be done daily. 3. Residents swim/use the pool and gym at their own risk only. Visitors are restricted from the use of outdoor facilities. 4. Residents and or their visitors shall not consume within the premises any drug or any other substance, which is or becomes prohibited or restricted by law. The penalty for offenders is a =N=I00,000.00 fine and instant eviction. 5. Residents and or their visitors shall not play or permit to be played so as to be audible outside the apartment occupied, any musical instrument at any time or act in any way which causes annoyance or nuisance to neighbours or other occupants of the building of which the apartments form a part. 6. Residents and or their visitors shall not use the houses for any illegal or immoral purposes or to conduct any business. The penalty for offenders is a =N= 100,000.00 fine and instant eviction. 7. Residents and or their visitors shall not constitute nuisance (unauthorised parties or events, filming, quarrelling, fighting, etc) during their stays in the apartment. The penalty for offenders shall be immediate eviction and forfeit any payment made towards stays. 8. Residents and or their visitors shall take reasonable precautions not to overload the electrical circuits in the apartment. 9. Residents and or their visitors shall take reasonable precautions not to put or allow any oil, grease, or other harmful or corrosive substance to be put into the washbasins, lavatory, basins, sinks, or drains within or outside the apartment. 10. Residents and or their visitors shall not keep any dangerous or inflammable materials (including paraffin, LPG or portable gas heaters) in the apartment. 11. Residents shall pay in advance for their period of stay and where there's need for extensions shall also make the payment in advance. 12. Residents at the expiration of their rent shall check out of the apartment at 12.00 pm there will be shut down of power supply to that effect at the same time simultaneously. 13. A copy of the inventory items in the apartment has been provided to you. Please verify to ascertain the contents of the inventory. By signing this form, you agree to be liable for any damage and or lose during your stay in the apartment. 14. Residents in the event of any damage or loss in the apartment shall wholly forfeit the security deposit earlier paid as well as bear the additional cost in the course of repairs and/or replacement of same as the case may be. 15. All payments made towards stays are non-refundable. The amount for refundable security deposit is N100,000 and will be refunded within 3 working days after check out subject to inventory checks. 16. Maximum occupant of apartment is six (6) for a 3 bedroom and 4 for a 2 bedroom I / We hereby agree to the above terms and conditions. Please enjoy your stay. (Management)
